Still working on those icons, amongst other things... One of the cool things about this project is I can paint any icon in any style I want, so I've been having fun experimenting. This is my I-must-have-looked-at-too-many-of-those-Margaret-Keane-paintings icon. I actually kinda like it... oooo, so soft and fuzzy.... well, truth is I was just happy not to paint any ears.

very cool image, i always surprised by your style, always better, then is true? you dont use paper any more? paint directly with the wacom?
thanks! i still use paper, but it depends on the project. i have to work so fast on this icon project, that there is no point to sketching and scanning. I just do everything directly in photoshop with the wacom. I counted yesterday, and so far I've done about 120 icons. I think I have about another 100 to go. It's been fun, but the verbs are a killer because they have to animate as well!
